INTRODUCING JPS (UK)!

We are happy to welcome artist JPS (UK) to our roster of international artists!

JPS is a British stencil artist who openly declares that seeing Banksy exhibition in 2009 changed his life. That was the external trigger he needed to unleash the massive flow of his creativity. His stencils are fun, entertaining and ingeniously creative. His main themes are funny ‘jeu de mots’ taken from pop culture, music and the internet culture. That, over the time, allowed him to create his own unique style which he uses to share humour, playfulness, and some social activism. With his intelligent humour, JPS had the chance to work all over the UK, Europe and recently the US. Working on the streets gives him the opportunity to recreate his childhood heroes and bring them to life in a different setting.

During his last visit to Stavanger, he dropped a few original works for the Gallery, which are available here https://nuartgallery.no/?s=jps, on sales@nuartgallery.no or in the Gallery
