Underdogs Gallery is a must, I think Nuno Viegas has a solo late August, for contemporary, then Museu Colecção Berardo is impressive. The National Tile Museum is also impressive, sounds boring, it’s not. If you’re into Literature then the Jose Saramago museum…for a decent beach and village jump on the train and head out to Cascais, great for a day trip. There’s the Montana Store and Gallery, which is also a Vhils/Underdogs project on the seafront in central Lisbon. Close by is the impressive Foodcourt. There’s the iconic Bica funicular which is also a well known graffiti spot and more than enough funky little side streets with bars and cafes to keep you busy. Enjoy ! I should be there now, but for flight strikes, hey ho. Maybe later in the year.
