A printer’s proof is a print that is outside of a regular limited edition that is the property of the master printer. Printer’s proofs are produced for the printer’s consideration and approval.
A Printer’s proof is one of a small number of first prints made - usually 10 or less, so it’s worth more than one of the limited edition prints.
